Being online is when you forgot about your sourroundings and you foous on your device, being ofline is when your off your device and you are at lease socializing with people. Beind Online can be addictive, constanting having your eyes on the screen. It can cause Eye sight and other unhealthy things. People need to spend less time online. People who do spend more time offline do more socializing and have great communacation with other people. Whereas people online make online friends which aren't really true friends. We need to put that phone or device away and go outside and enjoy your surroundings. We are not saying to give up on devices forever, but enjoy your surrounding us.

Need help with keeping your limits online.

Here are some suggestions....

1. Create a Roster - Create a roster which will help you keep your limits. Eg. On Monday you can only use your device between 4:00 and 6:00, on Tuesday you can only use your device betwwen 3:00 and 5:00, on Wednesday etc. 

2. Verbal Communication - Talk to your friends verbally, not online. Organize a time that you are all avalible and hang out together. Eg. Go to the park, Talk about life, watch a movie, etc.

3.Turn off your Wifi - The reason people go on their Devices is for Wifi. People use Wifi for Social Media, Games, etc. By turning off your wifi, you can limit the amount of time you spend online, because you can't really do anything with the device if you have no Wifi.

4. Stop playing Games - Stop playing games. Games can be very distracting and addicting. Games can effeect education and evn school grades. Students will be so addicted that they will forget about class work and focus on Games, it can be very serious.
